Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I have shipped all over the world and am happy to work with you to get your package to you safe and sound! Please visit my shop’s shipping policies HERE.
Q: What is the shipping cost to my country?
A: Please click the shipping tab found in each listing in my shop. You will find a drop down list for shipping costs within Canada, to the USA and all other international destinations. Please visit my shop’s shipping policies HERE.
Q: What are the delivery timelines, once my package is shipped?
A: Quality standard delivery times quoted by Canada Post are 2-4 business days within Canada, 5-7 business days to the USA and approximately 10 or more business days to all other international destinations. Business days do not include weekends or holidays and delivery times can be delayed by customs. Please visit my shop’s shipping policies HERE.
Q: How long is your production time for each tent order?
A: Production times vary depending on the season and demand. I try to keep my turnaround time at about 2 weeks before new orders are ready to ship. Listings in my shop will reflect current production times. If I have an item in stock, your order will be ready to ship by the next business day.
Q: What are the dimensions of your play tents?
A: The medium sized tents are approximately 43” x 43” at the outside base, from corner pole to pole. The large sized tents are approximately 51” x 51” at the outside base, from corner pole to pole. Both sizes are about 60” tall when assembled.
Q: Can I customize the fabric?
A: At this time, I am unable to accommodate custom fabric orders. If you have a specific accent fabric that you love, I would accept the order if you arranged to have the fabric shipped to me and then I could complete your order and return the finished product back to you.
Q: Do you offer name personalization?
A: I am able to customize each tent with name embroidery in just about any color! Please message me on Etsy to discuss costs and placement.
Q: Can you help me with the set up of my play tent?
A: Yes! If you have any questions or need some tips on set up, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I also have set up instructions available on my website HERE.
Q: Why are poles not included in the purchase?
A: Currently I do not include poles due to expensive shipping costs and customs fees that gets passed on to my customers. The wood dowels are inexpensive and easily purchased at your local home improvement stores. Wouldn’t you rather spend the extra saved money on garland, pillows, and accessories for your new tent?
Q: Will I be charged customs fees when my package arrives?
A: FOR USA & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY – Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and you will be responsible for those extra charges. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. More information can be obtained by contacting your country’s customs office. All packages will be marked ‘merchandise’ and will have the purchase price displayed on the customs form. I will not mark ‘gift’ or alter the price to avoid fees.
